Hi I’m Tony Schuster. I have been a licensed Physical Therapist for 15 years. I have worked in acute care, neurologic rehab facilities, wound care settings, but most of my time has been spent working on patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting. I have managed and directed multiple successful clinics. During this time, I have had a desire to help others on a larger scale and to help others become more autonomous with keeping themselves safe from injury. I feel our health system doesn’t do a good job with prevention of injuries and would rather have us fix people after an area has already broken down. My hope in starting this website is that it will give individuals a resource to be proactive with their health. Provide knowledge for what they can do if pain has already started and if all else fails, offer additional services to get you back to enjoying the things you love.
